Hey everyone, its Draya Michele. Born and raised in Reading, Pa. For those of you who dont know where that is, its about 45 minutes away from my second home away from home, Philadelphia. Im just getting my feet wet in the whole modeling business. So far you might have seen me in a few music videos such as: Pleasure P “Under”, The Dream ft. Kanye West “Walking on the Moon”, and Fabolous ft Jay-Z “When the Money Goes”. Ive also done a couple of other small modeling projects. It was Irv Gotti who first really saw something in me. He introduced me to director Hype Williams and Sean Cummings, and things took off from there. This is my first time I have been featured in SHOW and hopefully not the last.
Im just building my fan base now and I realize its a lot harder than I thought. Right now my biggest fans are my family, my girls, and men of course. But its mostly women that dont understand what I do. They never see the business side of my jobs and often have a problem giving credit when its due. Luckily, I have a great personality and once I get warmed up to a person, I eventually win them over. I wish every girl out there working hard to do this, the best of luck, because it aint easy. I also want to say thank you to everyone who supported me since day one(and also the ones who jumped on the band-wagon). Last but never least, much respect to “the biggest-little city” that supports me, Reading, PA USA!
