I was born as an only child to a Korean mother and African American Father in Seoul, Korea. After traveling for a few years my mother, her family and I settled in section of Los Angeles called Koreatown. Learning English as a second language usually shocks a lot of people, but that is one of the many unique things about me. During my teen years I moved with my father side of the family. Everybody agreed that this would be in my best interest to get to know both sides of my nationality. I love the fact that both cultures are completely different from one another. I am so honored and proud to a part of both. I think that is one of the main reasons why I am so proud to be who I am. I can truly say I have the best of both worlds!!!
